          Noticing the Gaps bring us in alignment to the Present Moment 11/09/2009

          When we become rigid about the changes occurring in life, we keep ourselves from living in the flow of life. We resist the Cosmic Dance unfolding. Instead, we can move in and out of the changes occurring by noticing the gaps or spaciousness in the midst of what is arising. There is always space if we slow down enough to look. These gaps can be observed in the silence between thoughts, sounds, and even between the in-breath and out-breath. Attuning to these gaps helps us bring attention to the present moment, which brings us into alignment with what is happening Now.
